‘Movement’ 2020

The shared experience of lockdown means different things to different people.
For me, it has been a re-evaluation.
Of my self.
I had been feeling disconnected and lost.

Now I’m reconnecting with nature, with the Earth.

It feels long overdue.  The chance to be mindful, to be more aware, more in the moment.

To see the smaller movements, to experience the calm of these small and slow movements.

The shadows and light.

How they play without care.

Observing my snails has encouraged me to be stiller, more patient.

To accept that I have no control over this situation and that I have to wait.
