Waking with a Fretful-nag

I have woken up with a MONSTER Fretful-nag this morning. So far I’ve worked through 5 dreams and convinced myself that they aren’t real concerns. But it was a night full of bad dreams so I’m not quite back to stasis mode yet.

So this little guy and my bead version will be coming with me to work today. Hopefully I’ll have talked my Subconscious out of its stress levels by lunch time. It makes my head throb and feel so sad. I’m sure I don’t have anything truly hanging over me right now, it’s just my stupid brain winding me up……. deep breaths.
